Ideal candidates have a solid background with project planning, a working knowledge of design engineering best practices, and an aptitude to solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment We're developing exciting new technology and need a leader who can help these projects execute on schedule and on budget!  If that sounds interesting and you think you're up for the challenge, we should talk...  [![I'm interested in this position!](https://www.bliley.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Interested_in_this_position-300x42.png?width=300&height=42&name=Interested_in_this_position-300x42.png)](https://resources.bliley.com/bliley-takes-your-career-furthe) ### Responsibilities - Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects - Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications - Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status - Assign responsibilities and mentor project team - Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support - Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions   ### Requirements - Proven working experience as a project leader - Advanced MS Office skills including MS Project or other schedule management tools - Familiarity best practices, quality, and performance standards - Ability to work with multiple discipline projects - Ability to succinctly present key findings to executive leadership - Project management and supervision skills - Decision making ability and leadership skills - Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green-Belt or higher) - BS degree in Engineering or relevant field ### Preferred Additional Skills - Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline - PMP Certification desirable but not required - Solid operational management and general business acumen - Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal skills required for relationship building As a leading employer in our industry, Bliley Technologies, Inc. is proud to offer a highly competitive package compensation package as well as a comprehensive benefits program.
